"Unprofessional Staff & GDPR Issues"
I had a chat with a staff member named Robert who checked my ID document. I mistakenly uploaded a file meant for another site since I’ve been re-taking a bunch of photos.

He referred to my effort as a circus and wouldn’t let me upload a different document that actually verified my identity.

Then, the website kept my data, and when I asked him to remove it (which included an old passport photo), he claimed he had already "done everything," even though my info was still there.

I did send an email, and it looks like they might finally delete it, but the staff was pretty unprofessional. When I first spoke to him, he asked for "your full name pls" and then called me a circus.

Honestly, I’d recommend sticking with a reliable service like Coinbase or something similar, but that’s just my two cents.

Trustworthy and supportive business. I fell victim to card fraud, and my card got used for a purchase with bit4sale without me knowing. When I reached out to them, they were super understanding and refunded me the entire amount. Their security measures must be solid since they flagged the transaction as suspicious. I'm really thankful for their quick help.
